We ship to the entire USA, Canada and US Military addresses. We also ship to Veterinary Clinics and Hospitals located internationally. A freight quote will be provided.

Stock orders ship within 1-3 business days of order placement, unless otherwise noted.
Custom products, promotional products and apparel have a standard production time of 7-10 business days, plus transit time after proof approval unless otherwise noted.

Stock item shipping time is 3-5 business days. An order confirmation will be provided with an approximate ship date. Most order ship via UPS Ground® or USPS® from Menomonie, WI. If shipping via UPS, the tracking number will be provided to allow you to track your order.

If an item is damaged when you receive it, please report the damaged item to Visual Management within 24 hours of receiving the order. If the order is received on a Friday, please contact Visual Management by the end of the next business day. Do not dispose of any packaging.

All international freight will be billed separately upon order placement.
International customers are responsible for payment of all applicable duties and taxes at the time an order arrives at its destination. Please contact your local Department of Commerce for any questions regarding duties and taxes that pertain to your order.
