Shipping & Return Information

Phone and email inquiries are answered Monday through Friday, 8am – 4pm CST.

We ship to the entire USA, Canada and US Military addresses. We also ship to Veterinary Clinics and Veterinary Hospitals located internationally. A freight quote will be provided

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping time is 3-5 business days. Most orders ship within 3 business days. An order confirmation will be provided with an approximate ship date. Most orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS from Menomonie, WI. If shipping via UPS, the tracking number will be provided to allow you to track your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Forever Memories and HeartsWhisper™ orders are a priority and are routinely processed within 24 hours.

CHRISTMAS ORDERING: It is recommended to place orders in November for the Christmas holiday season, allowing a minimum of 2 weeks for order processing. Orders placed in December are not guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas.

Damaged Merchandise

If an item is damaged when you receive it, please report the damaged item to Visual Management within 24 hours of receiving the order. If the order is received on a Friday, please contact Visual Management by the end of the next business day. Do not dispose of any packaging.

Merchandise Sent in Error

We make every effort to be accurate in our shipments. However, if you receive an item in error, please call 800.634.6066.

Return Authorization Policy

A Return Authorization Number is required from Visual Management prior to returning merchandise. Please call 800.634.6066 to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.

International Shipments

All international freight will be billed separately upon order placement.

International customers are responsible for payment of all applicable duties and taxes at the time an order arrives at its destination. Please contact your local Department of Commerce for any questions regarding duties and taxes that pertain to your order.
